Last used "Save As" and last used Printer not kept to next save or session.

Simply put, Mozilla does not remember the last used folder for Save As (and
probably others).
And Mozilla does not remember the last used printer, for the next print. 

These things should be remembered while in the same session, and even in the
case of 'Save As', from one reboot or program restart to the next.

Netscape 4.7x does this, BTW.

It is a real pain for instance, to save bitmaps to a selected folder, and have
to reselect it for each bitmap. Or reselect the printer for each print.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use File 'Save As' to a folder somewhere other than the defaulted.
2. Save it.
3. Repeat for another file.

1. Print a file to a non-default printer.
2. Repeat for another print. 


Actual Results:  In both cases, the default folder ./moozilla and the default
printer come back up as the default.

Expected Results:  Last used folder (always) or last used printer (in this
program session) is expected.

Not sure about the last printer, but last Save As folder sounds like a dupe of
bug 115148.
