Details

When printing to PDF using Adobe's PDF printer, no save-as dialog appears, and the process stalls and eventually fails. When printing to the "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" printer (which comes by default in Windows), the save-as dialog appears, but there are no write permissions to any folder that I could find, and therefore you can't actually print the document to a file. Printing from non-e10s windows works just fine.

Yes, looks like it. It's worth pointing out this affects Adobe's PDF printer too, which I assume is more widely used.
