This was originally described in bug 1143003 comment 24. It was suggested to file a new bug for it. Basically, some profiles contain moz-safe-about+++home origin directory which is not supported by our origin parser. We believe the directory was accidentally created by a buggy nightly and can be safely removed.

This is the second case of this sort of thing, right? What do you think about creating a "lost-and-found" directory and just having QuotaManager move any unknown files there automatically?
