From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221 BuildID: 2001122108 (0.9.7) In almost all text fields, the most common emacs bindings are implemented. However, when composing mail, Ctrl-K does not work (kill to end of line), neither does ctrl-b (backward character), not ctrl-F (forward character). The do all work in this entry field where I am typing now. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start composing a mail 2.Write a line, put insertion point at end of line. 3.Press ctrl-A, ctrl-K Actual Results: Cursor moves to beginning of line, but the row is not deletet Expected Results: Cursor moves to beginning of line, and the row is deleted.
