What did you do? ================ Some pages (see https://browsercompat.herokuapp.com/importer/1479 for example) have their "Browser compatibility" and "Specification" sections backward. What happened? ============== Error. What should have happened? ========================== The importer should gracefully accept these pages. We have many of them. Is there anything else we should know? ======================================

Parser isn't flexible enough to handle different section orders. I'll need the changes from bug 1171957 (refactor parser) before I can tackle this. Until then, an editor could manually switch the sections.
