Either fixing this bug or fixing bug 1121998 For the record, not all coalesced jobs can be seen on treeherder. adusca pointed out that mozci could find more coalesced jobs than were showing on TH. If we fix this, all we need is a treeherder pulse message like the ones for cancelling or retriggering. We can then get pulse_actions to take action.
If there was a button on TH that when pressed sent a pulse message to 'exchange/treeherder/v1/job-actions' with action='trigger-all-coalesced'containing the branch name and the revision, pulse_actions/mozci could finish from there.
I've decided to drop this. It is more valuable to fill in a changeset instead of specifically retriggering the coalesced jobs. If we need this in the future we can re-open it.
