1175280 - Charts: "All Closed" is an option when a specific sub category is chosen but not when "-All-" categories are chosen -- why?

Steps to reproduce:

Version 5.0rc3.

When I create a chart with "New Charts", it doesn't seem possible to show "All Closed" for "All" sub categories.  However, one can show "All Open" for "All" sub categories.  You CAN show "All Closed" for a single sub cateogry, but you can't show, for example, the DUPLICATE status for a single sub category.



Expected results:

I should be able to plot "All Open" as well as "All Closed" for "All" sub categories, shouldn't I?  Or is there another reason for this behavior?

Attachment: For a single category, "Name" list changes to completely different options

For a single category, the "All Closed" option appears, but the rest of the options disappear.  Why?
