Description:
The timer does not give any notification once the time is up.
Repro Steps:
1) Update to B2GDroid 20150612092905
2) Select Clock
3) Set Timer for 1 minute.
4) Let Timer run out.
Actual:
User receives no message when timer duration drops to zero.
Expected:
It is expected that when the timer time has surpassed that the user will receive a nofitication in the notification tray, the phone will play a jingle alerting that the time is up.
Repro frequency: 100%.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0.
Result: User receives a mesasge in the notifcation tray, alarm tone will initiate.
