Check from bug 1125916: In comment https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1125916#c16 :sicking was suggesting that the checks should work even for !UsingNeckoIPCSecurity() but they are failing: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=41c3426138c7 This is only the tests failure so not really critical.

I am going to close this bug. A fix for this bug will be made in bug 1125916, because both changes need to land at the same time.
