The tab title and tooltip are displaying wrong on these pages:

http://emojipedia.org/unicode-9/

I expect the "8" and "9" enclosed in squares, but the squares appear after the numbers.  Everything is fine in the actual page.
The page titles referenced above were updated to standard ASCII, so they don't expose the problem anymore.

Seems to be working in Forefox 50.  But Bugzilla isn't, I'll open another issue.
