1176257 - when the password is really long via doorhanger, you can't see the initial cursor at the end of the password

When you have a really long password in the password field, clicking on the field will place the cursor at the end of the password but won't shift the password so the user can't see where the cursor is initially placed. 

I'm not sure if this is the intended behavior, but when I click on the password field I expected the cursor to be visible at the end of the password.

STR:

- log into a website that has a really long password set
- once logged in, click on the password field in the doorhanger
- you'll notice that the cursor is placed at the end of the password but is not visible as that part of the password is not visible in the password field

Kamil, when filing issues related to recent changes, please make the bug reports block the bug that caused them so it gets attention of the developers.
