User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/44.0.2403.52 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Text is not visible inside a div with a border-radius and overflow hidden that's inside a body with a background colour inside an iframe with fixed positioning that's inside a body with an image as its background. I've attached a zip containing outer.html that demonstrates the problem. Disabling any of the individual CSS rules prevents the problem from occurring, as does disabling hardware acceleration and restarting the browser.
Actual results:
The text 'Hello World!' is not visible in the iframe - it appears to be completely empty.
Expected results:
The text 'Hello World!' should be visible within the iframe, as it is with all other browsers, or with hardware acceleration disabled or with any other mainstream browser.

Bug 1153609 fixed this in Aurora40.0a2 and Nightly41.0a1.

Rich, thanks for the testcase, maybe that will help the graphics team. But, 39 is already in its final build before release next week. I believe we already have built the ESR release as well.
This may be a duplicate of bug 1153609 but I'll leave that for the graphics team to make sure of.
