With 39.0build4, the build failed because we didn't add the last beta (39.0b7-build1).
Generation of partial when doing the rc should include the last beta.

Deployed. Test creation of Firefox 49.0 gives a partial suggestion of '49.0b7build1,48.0.2build1,47.0.1build1', which is correct.
