* Remove current XML based docs and backport 5.0 docs in the same place.
* Remove the installation guide
* Change link from the help icon on the index page to point to the readthedocs page.
Future
* Start adding docs for extensions to also be available at readthedocs
* Start moving current wiki docs (BMO policies, procedures, development guides, etc.) to readthedocs
