User Story

User Story:  
* As a user, I expect that I’m not being tracked when I’m taking a tour of a new anti-tracking feature, so that my privacy is respected.

Acceptance Criteria:
* UI Tour contains no tracking elements, i.e. no tracking scripts such as analytics, A/B test scripts, etc. from domains that would be blocked by TP feature.
* UI Tour *may* contain Test Tracking elements from a trusted site, like “faketrackers.com”.
