Description

The user will notice that picture previews from the camera app can be seen drawing in from right of the screen to left while being loaded. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150629211839
2) Open the camera app.
3) Take a picture.
4) Tap on the "Preview" icon and pay close attention to the screen.

Actual:
Picture previews are drawing in from right to left.

Expected:
The picture previews load in without issue.

This issue does not occur on the Flame 2.5

The picture previews do not load in from right to left.
