1178519 - Experiment: use a system tray notification for closing all Private Browsing tabs when switched to another app

As a user, I have a Private Browsing tab open and I press the "Recents" or "Home" button to switch applications. I forget that I have such tabs open over time and it results in an embarrassing situation.

In this scenario, can we place our "mask" icon in the notification bar with an action to "Close Private Browsing tabs"? This would be a great way to remind a user they have Private Browsing tabs open as well as offer a quick and easy way to close them. Chrome has a similar behavior right now.

Instead of adding more notifications, let's do some research on what Private Browsing issues exist.

Yeah, I'm aware of notification fatigue and that's one of the reasons we're holding off on this for now. I  filed it intended as a whistler hack idea more than anything
