Sorry for not doing this sooner, but I need permissions for emails/urls.  I'm the same role as former employee cww, and work on user-advocacy.

First -- I need mgrimes's ack (:needinfo'd) that you need access to this for your job.

Second -- I need you (rrayborn) to ack and agree to the following:

* Keep user data securely on Mozilla hardware.

* When finished with user data, delete it (within 30 days)

* Do not share personal data publicly (on bugzilla, irc, etc)

* Do not share personal data with non-employees, including partner organizations, without consultation and explicit permission from Lonnen ([e-mail]). A signed NDA and other arrangements will be required of the other organization.

* It is fine to share stack traces, analysis, and other non-personal data

* Access is conditional on employment and will be revoked upon departure from Mozilla

I can vouch for rob needing access to this info for user advocacy. 
This is for work relating to the current startup crash that is blocking release.
