Since June 27 we no longer receive pulse build notifications for l10n repacks. This at least happens for Aurora builds, and may also affect Nightly builds. I checked back with Jgriffin on IRC to see if that is a problem in pulsetranslator, but he was not able to find any indication of an error. So this seems to be a regression on the releng side. As result of that issue our CI system does no longer run any tests for localized builds of Firefox! It would be very appreciated if that problem can be figured out and fixed soon.
