1179190 - Disable test_play_ogv_video, test_play_webm_video, and test_play_ogg_video tests because of Bug 1113086

Disable `test_play_ogv_video`, `test_play_webm_video`, and `test_play_ogg_video` tests because of Bug 1177254 and Bug 1113086. In the bugs, we will remove the `audio-channel-changed` and `visible-audio-channel-changed` MozChromeEvent events, and add `audiochannelchangedasactive` and `visibleaudiochannelchanged`. In the meantime, we need to disable the tests.

There will be 3 test cases being disabled for now. Just let you know since you are the one reporting automation results of master.
