Reproduction:
1. Drag a badged toolbar button on the Firefox menu panel,
2. ...or in the toolbar overflow panel
3. ...or the bookmarks toolbar,
4. ...or somewhere else

Actual result:
Layout of panel broken

Expected result:
Sane.
Either the badge works,
or the badge is hidden (there's not much point of a badge inside a panel that I have to manually open).

This isn't a panel. What do you mean, bookmarks toolbar

> 4. ...or somewhere else

hyperbole? What do you mean?

... screenshot? Do you just mean bug 1029937 ?

Example button? We don't ship any of these (except for hello, which I'm pretty sure works in these cases...)
