[1.Description]:
[Flame v2.2][N5 v2.2][Browser]When user plays a video in landscape mode of youtube, if user drags the left or right of screen from the top to bottom, device quits the full screen mode.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch browser app.
2.In the Browser navigate to "www.youtube.com" .
3.Search for and select a video to play .
4.With the video controls displayed, tap on the screen in the video player.
5.Activate Full Screen mode via controls .
6. Flip the phone to landscape mode.
7.Drag left or right of screen from the top to bottom.

[3.Expected Result]: 
7.It should have no effect on video play.

[4.Actual Result]: 
7.It quits the full screen mode.
