* Firefox 39.0 RC (build6: 20150630154324)
* Aurora 40.0a2 (2015-06-29)
* Nightly 42.0a1 (2015-07-01)

Affected platforms:
* Windows 10 Pro (x64) Insider Preview Build 10158
* Windows 8.1 Pro (x64)
* Windows 7 (x64)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. From about:addons > Plugins, make sure "Ask to Activate" is selected for "Shockwave Flash".
3. Open a website with flash content, e.g. http://www.flashgames247.com/
4. Click and hold over the "Allow Now" button and release the click outside of it.

Expected result:
The "Allow Now" is deselected and only "Allow and Remember" remains in focus.

Actual result:
Both buttons remain selected.

Additional notes:
* This is likely an old regression, either way it's a minor issue affecting Windows-only.
