Steps to reproduce:
Play Youtube video, for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Im-7dMS3a6U
Actual results:
Audio is slightly out of sync with video (slightly behind), only with Firefox Windows.
Expected results:
Video and audio should play perfectly in sync, as they do on other browsers and on Firefox for OS X.

This happens even in Safe Mode.

I can reproduce this in Firefox 44.0a1 (2015-10-08) on Linux (Xubuntu). Affects any YouTube video played with the HTML5 player. Seems to be worse at higher quality.

You should file a separate bug. The Windows issue has been fixed.
