Details

once in gecko tree mozharness lands across all our jobs, we will want to remove all references of how we used to use mozharness. This is the 'last' bug to resolve in 1131856

some of the references here are intertwined with the old way we did things pre tcmigration. I believe this work will be more efficient and better use of human time when we are ready to axe larger chunks out of buildbot, e.g. q4, 2017 opening a new bug is fine when that time comes., this one doesn't contain valuable information.
