When saving images from a site, Mozilla always reverts back to the Mozilla
directory. Usually, after the first time I sellect a "save directory",
subsequent saves use that directory by default. Mozilla 0.9.7, does not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.find image on site
2.right click
3.choose save image (image_name)

Actual Results:  Default to Mozilla directory

Expected Results:  open in the last directory I saved in.
