Details

Usually, when skipping a build, the next candidates aren't being downloaded in the background. But when skipping to a build for which a local file exists (when using persist), the next candidates are being downloaded.

Nevermind, was just a coincidence that the dates with local files downloaded the next candidates. The builds for the other dates were already available. Sorry for the noise.
