Details

STR: visit a HTML-5 youtube video (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfWlot6h_JM ). Sometimes after about 7 seconds, the duration of the video indicated in the UI starts jumping and ends up about 3-4x the actual duration of the video.
I'm also having this issue, in the developer edition.
This is probably a duplicate of #1180214.
