1180898 - Some flac files are not playable in Music

Copy to the phone via USB, disconnect, then play it

Expected: the music file plays

Actual: it goes to the play page, but no duration is shown, and the playback does not progress.  (Note: other flac files from above page plays)

I can reproduce this issue on OGA & NGA music app of FlameKK v2.5 latest build by STR in comment 0.
Actually result: it goes to the play page, but no duration is shown, and the playback does not progress.

This file also cause these errors:

(NaN is the invalid duration from the file that can't be decoded)
