Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020103 BuildID: 2002010303 Scrolling buttons of the long drop-down list are not always properly shown when a list goes out of desktop. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right-click on any newsgroup in Mail-News window, choose "Properties" 2. There's a drop-down list of available encoding, open it. Actual Results: The list is long enough to expand down over the screen border (resolution is 1152X864). As I can figure, normally it should contain two scrolling buttons at the top and at the bottom. But the bottom end of the list doesn't fit the screen and the scroller is unavailable. But if the dialog box is moved down lower the screen's center then the drop-down list drops actually up and both scrollers are located in right places and can be clicked. Expected Results: Scrollers should be visible in any case.
