Description:
If the user attempts to open Email Support at least twice in a new a window they will be taken to a blank page. 


Repro Steps:

Prereq: WiFi Enabled, Email Account not yet setup.

1) Update a Flame to 20150707033152
2) Launch Marketplace
3) Select an available app.
4) Press and hold Email Support
5) Select Open in New Window. (Or Private Window))
6) Press back arrow. 
7) Press and hold Email Support and open New or Private window.



Actual:
Blank window appears.

Expected:
It is expected the user will be be prompted to sign into Email.

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.5, 2.2 and 2.1.

Result: User is prompted to setup an Email account.

This is pretty standard treatment from our side. Is there something in particular we should be doing differently? Otherwise, I'd move this to Gaia.
