Description:
Card View (Task Manager) horizontal scroll bar does not reach right side of screen (width).


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150706103023
2) Open multiple apps
3) Open Card View by long pressing Homebutton
4) Scroll to the right


Actual:
Scroll bar does not reach width of screen

Expected:
Scroll bar reaches width of screen

We didn't have a scroll bar in v2.2 so it's not a regression
