Description:
For videos that have a very low width, the on-screen playback controls are shifted to the right. This was observed on two different videos, one with a width of 358 pixels, and one with a width of 253 pixels.


Repro Steps:
1) Update an Aries to 20150707033152
2) Open the browser and navigate to one of the following youtube videos: 
          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUX9YLmy9oc
          https://www.youtube.com/watch?edit=vd&v=BSKIZnpYBxE
3) While in portrait mode, tap the screen to bring up the on-screen controls.


Actual:
On-screen playback controls are shifted to the right.


Expected:
On-screen playback controls are centered.
