The current icons we use in the download manager are pretty dated and look out of place. Let's update them!

In bug 704229, I supplied assets for our video controls that I think would be great in anoth high visibility part of our UI like the downloads manager in the system notification bar.

Can we try and reuse those assets in Bug 704229?
