In https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/MathML_Project/a11y, some operators like "sum" and "integral" are not read, at least on the Android tablet I'm testing with. In general, screen readers do not support all the exotic math symbols or do not read punctuations by default and so it might be necessary to remap some characters to some text. As a comparison, Orca does that in https://git.gnome.org/browse/orca/tree/src/orca/chnames.py https://git.gnome.org/browse/orca/tree/src/orca/mathsymbols.py
