1182777 - enable "developer mode" without losing data

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0

I'm using a Nexus 5 with FFOS3.0 nightly build with spark
I'm trying to enable "developer mode" without loosing data 
I followed this wiki https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Developer_Mode#WebIDE
I have both "yes" ("ADB is root" and "Unrestricted DevTools privileges"), but still, if I want to use any spark app, it keeps asking me to enable "developer mode".
I followed this wiki before updating my ROM to have one that contain spark
I forgot to mention that I'm using MultiROM

        drs you can still fix this, though
	drs	there are prefs at the top of that page: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Developer_Mode#Developer_prefs_and_settings_enabled
	drs	you can just set those manually
	Thatoo	how do I set them?
	Thatoo	from WebIDE?
	Thatoo	I found all except dom.apps.developer_mode
	Thatoo	neither in preferences nor settings of this hardware
	drs	you have to add that as a pref
	Thatoo	cool, it works
	Thatoo	thanks

Developer mode controls more things than just access to extensions.  It also enables full DevTools access.

Bug 1196963 seems to only affect extensions, so I believe this bug is still valid.
