Given the issues experienced today with /plugincheck/, caused by having no "up to date" version of Flash Player, I propose we proceed with adding a fake future "up to date" version of flash player- so that the vulnerable versions can be correctly marked as such.

I spoke too soon. Looks like v0.0.0 has been marked as "latest" as a workaround.

The code has also been updated so, it will no longer fail if there are no latest versions @see https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/pull/3120
