I've recently noticed fx flickering/blinking when I restore the browser from the system tray on OSX. This happens all the time and is really noticeable sometimes. It seems to only be happening on OSX, I couldn't reproduce the issue on my Win 8.1 machine. Someone did run into this problem on Win but it was when window-animations was disabled via Bug # 1109837.

STR:

- install the latest version of m-c on OSX
- once installed, visit any website.. in this instance I visited http://www1.skysports.com/football/
- minimize fx to the system stray and than restore the browser (you should see a flicker when it's restored)
