1183115 - about:apps should return "This address isn't valid"

Follow up of Bug 1179872 - Remove about:apps page and menu item

1. Load about:apps in a new tab
2. Go to any website 
3. Load about:apps in the same tab

Expected results:
- in both cases we should get "This address isn't valid"

Actual Results:
- after step 1 - a blank page will be displayed
- after step 3 - nothing is displayed - same page from step 2 is present.

Verified as fixed using:
Device: Nexus 4 (Android 5.1)
Build: Firefox for Android 42.0a1 (2015-07-19)
