When the dependencies in bug 1172906 are done and the app works fine, we need change the endpoint in manifest.webapp so that we use NGA instead of the single-page-app architecture.

This WIP includes the work for navigation from bug 1162030.

To use it, simply apply the pull request locally, flash the SMS app, and then you need to rehash the manifests. The easiest is to use the script [1] and run "addpref rehash-manifest".

Alternatively you can "make reset-gaia" but this will erase all your data.
