As a user, I see a clear tab footer in the panel which has a look consistent with the rest of the refresed UI.

Acceptance criteria: 

* The availability dropdown shows the new icons (except for "Away") and a title
* The user's identity (or Guest) is displayed before the gear dropdown
* The gear dropdown has a Feedback entry, with a corresponding icon
* The gear icon is updated
* When "Let's talk about" is unchecked, the context area is surrounded by white and appears detached from the "Start a new conversation" button, as in the mockup
* When "Let's talk about" is checked, the light blue area surrounds both the context info and the "Start a new conversation" button, as in the mockup
* The footer matches the mockups visually
