Steps to reproduce:
1) Open https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox
2) Navigate menu: File -> Print Preview
3) Setup "Shrink to fit" and "Landscape"
Actual results:
Please refer to the attached image "firefox-print-preview-shrink-to-fit-landscape.png"
Print preview does NOT render elements correctly.
IE and Google Chrome works fine at the same situation.

Expected results:
Print preview should render correctly in landscape orientation when shrink to fit.
