1183580 - Identity block background bleeds over URL bar border when the window is inactive

Description

STR:

1) Open Firefox.
2) Open another app and closes the window so that the app stays active.
3) Hover the identity block and see the background bleed over the URL bar border.

This might only be an issue on OS X 10.10.

The only difference in the URL bar on OS X 10.9 is the disabled appearance of the back button, so it looks fine. Thanks for the fix!
