Steps to reproduce:
tried to create an input field of type file that accepts both versions of Excel files (i.e. having extension .xls or .xlsx).
Firefox version = 39.0
Actual results:
filedialog only accepts .xlsx
Expected results:
custom file filter accepting only xls and xlsx files

Looks like a duplicate of bug 1155154.

Duplicate of bug 1155154.
Bug 1156273 is probably a duplicate too.
This has been shipped some time ago: I'm surprised we have so many bugs right now, almost the same day, about this.
