Bug 1166132 added the tps test. That test by default looks for a tp5o.html document, loads it, and extracts the links from that document. Right now, that extraction uses regex, which is pretty brittle - and prevents us from disabling certain sites by commenting them out. We should download the document, parse it, querySelectorAll the links, and extract the hrefs.
