Reproducible with Firefox 40 beta 4 (Build ID: 20150713153304) and latest 42.0a1 e10s on/off (2015-07-14)
Affected platforms: Mac OS X 10.9.5

STR:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Enable Bookmarks Toolbar.
3. Click menu [≡] → select "Customize".
4. Drag & drop Bookmarks Toolbar Items next to the 'Open a New Tab' button (+).
5. Exit Customize.
6. Mouse over 'Open a New Tab' button/Bookmarks Toolbar entries.

Expected result: No layout issues.

Actual result: Layout issues present.

Additional notes:
1. Not reproducible with latest Developer Edition.
2. Also reproducible with with Nightly 2015-04-01; will investigate further.

Not a regression → also reproducible with Nightly 2013-11-19 (when Australis was enabled by default).

Unable to reproduce this issue anymore in our latest build 123.0.1 or nightly 125.
