Steps to reproduce:

1. open a new window
2. create a new tab (3-5 times)


Actual results:

Count of rows differs. When the window is just opened and in the second tab, there are 6 links in 2 rows. In other tabs I can see 3x3 grid (according to my settings).


Expected results:

I just want a simple 3x3 shortcuts grid, PLZ STOP breaking the interface! =__=
Could you attach a screenshot of the issue, I'm almost sure it's a dupe of bug 1180387.

When you see 6 tiles instead of 9, could you zoom out to control if the last line of tiles is back?
