For some reason, ADB was hanging on to the mozbench port after a run, possible due to it hanging. I've added code to kill ADB in between runs and I've also changed the default mozbench port in case ADB was using that port legitimately. The tests ran ok manually, I'll let Jenkins due its thing and see if they are fixed in automation as well.

The linux machine is also the host machine for the android and b2g phones. ADB was holding on to the port that the benchmarks use to communicate with mozbench, so when the linux run started, it was unable to use that port.
We have linux results from the evening on the 15th.
