Description:
If the user has at least one unread notification, there will be a blue line at the top of the screen in all areas. If they are in a youtube video which is fullscreen and in landscape, the line will extend part way across the screen and look unpolished.



Repro Steps:
1) Update an Aries to 20150715083340
2) Ensure the device has an unread notifcation, causing the blue line at the top of the screen.
3) Open Browser and go to youtube.
4) Play any video, enable full screen, and tilt the device into landscape.


Actual:
Blue notification line extends part way across the screen and looks unpolished.


Expected:
Blue line extends all the way across the screen, or is hidden during fullscreen landscape videos.

Issue does not occur on older AriesKK builds, or Flame 2.5.

Update:

This occurs on Flame 2.5, Flame 2.2, as long as Software Home Button is enabled in Developer Settings. It does not occur on Flame 2.1 even if SHB is enabled.
