The only way to dismiss it is the teeeeensy [x] in the top-right corner (which is already weird for Mac). See screenshot #1.
In contrast, the Dev Tools dialog has a big "Close" area (it's not really a button, which is also super weird...). See screenshot #2.

CC'ing Holly for some UX input
Simplest solutions would probably be to either:
1.) Get rid of the "before you go" door-hanger entirely (is it overly annoying?)
2.) Add a more visible "Close" area button to the "before you go" door-hanger.
As for the styling to the "Close" button on the other door-hangers, this is as-per the original UITour design. We could always revisit this styling though if/when we do a refresh at some point in the future.
